Unlimited factories, unlimited buyer contacts, every document you upload, the full audit trail, and the security posture that comes with it. We don't meter the parts that make the system worth using.

Asked before signing
Do factories or buyers count as paid seats?
No. Factories and buyers are unlimited on every plan. The people outside your business should never be a reason not to put work in the system.
Can we send email from our own domain?
Yes. On Trade and Group, every email to factories and buyers goes from your own verified sending domain — quotes, POs and notifications arrive as you, not as Merxeo.
What does onboarding look like?
We map your SOP, migrate your open orders and progress sheets, and set up your branding and sending domain. Most teams are fully up and running within a week.
Who can see our data?
Your workspace is isolated from every other customer. Merxeo staff cannot browse it on a whim: support access is time-boxed, requires a written reason, notifies your owners the moment it starts, blocks outgoing email, and is written to an audit log you can read yourself.
