Built inside a working supply chain

Merxeo started as an internal tool. We source socks, bags, underwear and accessories for retail brands, from factories across China and beyond — and we were drowning in email threads, spreadsheet versions and approvals nobody could find.

Why the name

Merx is the Latin root for merchandise and trade — the thing every one of our customers actually moves. Everything else in this business is paperwork around it.

What we believe

An approval that isn't attributable didn't happen. A price a buyer shouldn't see should be impossible to send. Software for trade has to be as strict as the trade itself.

Your data is yours

Every sourcing company runs in an isolated workspace. Merxeo staff cannot browse your orders on a whim: support access is time-boxed, requires a written reason, notifies your owners the moment it starts, blocks outgoing email, and is written to an audit log you can read yourself.
